Meeting International Standards
Our security doors, windows, and shielding systems are engineered and installed to meet or exceed rigorous standards set by international testing agencies for sustained forced-entry resistance and ballistic threats.
The classification standards are UL 752 for ballistics. FE class is Forced Entry and the RC is the European equivalent for Resistance class.
UL → Primarily North American standard, used for ballistic and forced-entry ratings (e.g., UL 752 for bullet resistance, UL 972 for burglary resistance).
FE → Forced Entry classification, often tied to US government and military specs (like ASTM F1233, ASTM F476, or Department of State FE/BR standards).
EURO RC → European Resistance Class (RC1–RC6) under EN 1627, which rates doors/windows for burglary resistance, taking into account time, tools, and skill level of attackers.
